We, at Stan’s Bar-B-Q, have found, in our 18 years of business, that most people have very specific needs for the special occasion they want catered. Stan’s Bar-B-Q has extensive catering experience for both small and large events.

Our services include:

  • free one-on-one phone consultation to ascertain your individual catering needs
  • follow-up quote, by phone & in writing
  • execution of the catering itself, as planned & discussed


 
We tailor every catering job to meet the customer’s specific requirements, thus eliminating the unnecessary purchase of excessive bulk food. In our consultation, we’ll discuss and help you decide what & how much to order. We’ll let you decide whether or not to pick up your catering order (hot or cold) at the restaurant, have it delivered to you, and/or make arrangements for us to stay and serve it. The quote will be all-inclusive, free of hidden charges.

 
Another feature of our catering service is we keep the process “fluid”. If you need to make a change at the last minute, we are usually able to accommodate such requests.

 
If you have a small group to feed, please look at the Bulk section of our menu to get an idea of amounts needed and prices. One pound of meat makes approximately 5-6 small-sized bun sandwiches. An average portion per person of bbq beans is 5-6 ounces. An average portion per person of slaw/potato salad is 4 ounces.
